BREAKING: Average retail investors have materially underperformed the market this year
The average retail investor has returned just 3.7% year-to-date
According to JPMorgan data, average retail investor performance has been just 3.7% thus far this year. This is more than 20% lower than the S&P 500.
Retail investors are on track for the 4th consecutive year of underperformance.
